Let's
celebrate Beer the way it should be done. We will feature Germany's
best, as well as the homage brews from the best American Craft
Brewers. There will also be a selection of German inspired food and
cheeses from Wisconsin. Hope to see you there.

Sunday, August 24th Wine & Beer Smackdown Potluck
Robert, Derek & Dan welcomed our small group of 12 to an intimate gathering at Middlesex. Almost every attendee brought their own favorite dishes and left it to the Bueno Quesos to put their plates in order and pair a wine and a beer to the dish. Without getting into too much detail, most in attendance found that Derek and Dan's picks of juice and suds worked equally well with every dish. There were some differences of course, but the communal experience and the love of food was my ultimate hope for this class, which was realized. Plus this class marks the one year anniversary of the 2007 Farmer Matt class/Globe article that help bring our love of food to the masses. P.S. the blueberries below are in honor of Julie's dish from a year ago. We miss you Julie - roberto

This class will be a $65/person charge as the materials are expensive,
